摘要
Under the background of economic development, the thesis arranged analysis and studies for the overall development status of Kunming. The study selected data about economic development and land use of Kunming in the year from 2002 to 2011 and applied linear regression method to perform further quantitative research for the mutual relations between them. The findings of the study demonstrated that five land types including residential land, industrial land, land for storage, land for roads and square, and land for municipal public facilities had strong correlation with the economic development in Kunming, which indicated that these lands had certain promotion functions. The results explained that it was necessary to enhance the development and utilization of above five types of land under the current economic development background. In accordance with the actual development status, sound utilization of the mutual relation between land resources and economics would be of great significance to the coordinated development of the economics.
