Effect of low-temperature annealing on the structrue and stability of the amorphous state of the multicomponent compounds based on iron

摘要
The multicomponent amorphous alloys based on Fe, B, Si with additional Cu, Nb, Ni, Mo, C are studied by X-ray diffraction (MoKalpha). The content of Fe an B is near to the classical alloy FINEMET. The as-quenched amorphous is obtained by a rapid-quenching method. The amorphous patterns are to different heatings up to 350 degreesC, annealings, and further coolings. data are obtained at 20 degreesC. On the basis of the analysis of structural the conclusion about the microheterogeneous structure of these are made. It is established that the heating up to 350 degreesC leads to the changes of structural characteristics in amorphous state excluding the with a small content of Si and without Nb and Cu. This alloy is least It is possible that the different low-temperature annealings effect on the parameters in amorphous or amorphous-crystalline states.
