摘要：

The effectiveness of the ideological and political education is a common theory that often proposed, because its importance and reality, this article first discussed the college ideological and political education from the basic theory, then analyses the problems of college students' ideological and political education lacking practicability expression and reason, finally proposed effectiveness path to improve college students' ideological and political education, namely: optimize social environment, full play school education functions, optimize the family environment and improve the family education simultaneously and self-improvement, in order to further strengthen ideological and political work for reference.
