摘要:
Organizations are facing global competition. Top management teams are complex systems which are composed by elites. Former research mostly paused to qualitative appraisal of lots of variable and simple induction in the complicated data. Then we establish the six dimensional dynamics mathematical model of TMT performance. Finally the article built a performance mathematics model and evaluation method based on system analysis and fuzzy mathematics.
