This paper combined the teachers' characteristics of secondary vocational schools with marketing. In according with the double identity which are secondary vocational schools' teacher and marketing's teacher, from three dimensions which are basic quality, to professional competence and to professional teaching capacity, the standard are developed. It considers the teachers' actual requirements on the basis of abiding by standard on professional competence of teachers in marketing of secondary vocational schools. It designed the core content of the standard, and put forward countermeasures of implement, in according to the development concept in marketing of secondary vocational schools.
