Simultaneous determination of thiophanate-methyl and iprodione by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要
In this paper, we report a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of thiophanate-methyl and iprodione. The linear range of the method, relative standard deviation and the detection limit are 0.25 similar to 125.0 mg/L, 0.6%, 0.25 mg/L for iprodione and 1.0.similar to 40.0 mg/L, 0.7%, 1.0 mg/L for thiophanate-methyl, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of thiophanate-methyl and iprodione in the preservative agents and muskmelons with satisfactory results. The method is simple and fast.
