摘要：

The library service under the E-Research environment is undergoing tremendous changes. The role of the librarian in the library service and the skills the librarian mastered are also changing. This paper explains the connotation and characteristics of E-Research, comparing with the basic skills of librarian between traditional environment and E-Research environment, re positioning the role of librarians, and summing up the skills and requirements of librarians, we hope to build a new library of new features, and to provide a specific direction for the development of library staff in the future in E-Research environment.
