摘要
The coexistence of papillary thyroid carcinoma and Langerhans cvell histiocytosis is rare. The diagnosis of dual pathologies by FNA is extremely challenging. Demonstration of driver BRAF V600E mutation makes this case unique and demonstrates the successful application of ancillary techniques on FNA.
