摘要
Today, people around the world are consuming much more salt than before on salt intake. Meanwhile, more and more people suffer from cardio-cerebral vascular diseases such as heart failure and stroke. Method In order to answer the question, this article try to find evidences from vary second sources based on a short literature review. Meanwhile we introduced the methods in terms of animal experiment, population studies, epidemiological studies, intervention studies and meta-analysis. Result From the materials, it is significantly that high-salt diet or intake could lead to high blood pressure or hypertension. And some articles give us sufficient information to support the correlation between high BP and cardio vascular diseases. Additionally, it is also clear that high salt intake has a negative influence on left ventricular hypertrophy, stroke etc. Conclusion High-salt diet can lead to cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.
