摘要
The purpose of this paper is to present an integrated view of key success factors for mass customization (MC), which is regarded as the popular social production paradigm in the near future based on the relevant literature review. The paper discusses the necessary management activities, crucial business process and bottleneck factors in the MC implementation and innovation through the internal and external environmental analysis. The main contents of this paper includes: (1) Determine the Key Success Factors (KSF) through enterprises' internal and external environmental analysis; (2) Carry on influence factor analysis for the crucial success factors; (3) Construct a KSF structure model which could be seen as a schema of the systemic innovation for firm's strategic transition to MC. For those farsighted enterprises, which has prepared for the strategic transition to mass customization, our study will give the theoretical guidance and work as an indicator for the realization of successful mass customization in the business.
