From CIM to fractal enterprising culture

Use of concept of CIM in the area of polymer engineering in our country is described from the view-point of researches and knowledge transfer. One of results of the researches is a doubt about either CIM or CIPR. Based on culturological approach, it is discussed why CIM hasn't been more successful. Further on, fundamental terms and fundamental ideas of fractal (holon) enterprising culture are presented. It is pointed out why it is not enough only to invest in new equipment and use new processes and materials, but to put all efforts communication between employees and human relationship. This will work show the first results of research in applicability of fractal enterprising culture concept in Croatian industry.
