摘要：

Over the last three years research at the Centre for Rapid Prototyping at The University of Nottingham has been focusing on the developing field of Rapid Tooling. Within this area we have been investigating the production of Laminated Tooling. This paper outlines the work that has been carried out to develop laminated tooling for automotive pressure die-casting applications on behalf of the United States Council for Automotive Research (USCAR).
