摘要
The aim of this research is to understand and explain the consumption of e-banking services by consumers in Pakistan and customer's perception towards the potential benefits and risks associated with electronic banking in Pakistan. It is constraint to Karachi only. Quantitative methods were used as a research methods and hypothesis testing. Finally, a suitable conclusion and recommendations has been given.
