摘要
Herein, we report the total synthesis of proposed structure of polyporolide 1 via Barbier allylation, Sharpless epoxidation, Titanium(IV) promoted regioselective ring-opening reaction of epoxy homoallyl alcohol and acid catalyzed intramolecular lactonization as the key steps. Also a chiron approach was adopted for the same in greater overall yields. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
