Centre and periphery in the freezing of semantic syntactic environments of certain Spanish verbs of perception

Starting from the analysis of some verbs of perception (ver, mirar, tocar, catar, gustar and probar), we can observe that the tension between the nuclear and peripheral meanings causes changes in their constructional schemes. We can also notice a tendency to mark with the same constructions (the more specific the meaning, the more peripheral the construction) the same types of semantic relation.
