摘要
Education is the pillar of society and progress towards social improvement depends on it. In these times, teaching is in an important stage of renewal where educational challenges put the advances made in this area to the test. Among the improvement proposals that have been studied and examined to understand their contributions and limitations, the study of empathy stands out as a favorable ability in the relationship between teachers and students. This reflective article aims to analyze some conceptualizations from different approaches and review contributions based on both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to know the scope and contributions of empathy in educational environments.
