摘要
Two-component clutter models are utilised to model and simulate the spatial-temporal characteristics of radar sea clutter backscatter returns from moving airborne platforms. Simulated data is shown to accurately model real data as assessed by comparing unprocessed data characteristics from real and simulated data sets as well as outputs from a single-channel coherent detectors and space-time adaptive processing based detectors. The proposed model is shown to provide improved performance over recently proposed models.
