摘要
A new low temperature molten-combustion method was introduced to prepare spine! LiMn2O4. The effects of oxalic acid and citric acid as fuels on the phase composition and electrochemical performance of products were studied. The results indicated that the main phase of products was LiMn2O4, and the impurity phase was Mn2O3. The effect of oxalic acid as fuel on the products was not obvious at the molar ratio of Li:Mn:oxalic acid=1:2:0 similar to 1.5(molar ratio), but at Li:Mn:oxalic acid=1:2:2.0, the purity of the product decreased. However the effect of citric acid on the products was obvious. The purity of products increased when using small amount of citric acid, but decreased with increasing citric acid content. The purest product was obtained at Li:Mn:Citric acid=1:2:0.5, which had the capacity of 121mAh/g, but the cyclic performance was not good.
