Land reclamation is an important mean to restore the destroyed land in mine area. Furthermore, monitoring the process of land reclamation is one of indexes of environment quality. To accomplish monitoring successfully, it is necessary to setup an entire system from local to country. The monitoring contents consist of original land surface pre-mining, changes of land mining process arose, land reclamation project, et. al..
