摘要
For a national project or for the national interest to be promoted, we should consider the realities of our world and an appropriate assessment of our power within the external forces. Romania has gained much by adapting to the world, and now it is a member of the Euro-Atlantic family, with a good macroeconomic status following a political adoption of good economic discipline/practice that should go on. Romania seems to enjoy the strongest strategic partnership with NATO and the USA (considering the realities of the Ukrainian crisis) and an increasing geopolitical visibility. At the same time, Romania may become more credible and able to involve the citizens in a medium or long-term national strategic project in order to take advantage of the above opportunities.
