摘要：

A direct palladium-catalyzed route for the synthesis of novel benzo[a]carbazoles through sequential C-C bond formation and C-H bond functionalization by using readily available starting materials has been demonstrated. Prominent among the advantages of this new method are operational simplicity and good yields.
