摘要
In this paper, a new functional food packaging film material is successfully prepared from carrageenan (CG)-nanocellulose (NC)-grape peel extract (GPE) by immersion thermo-dry method, and the composite film material (CG-NC-GPE) is characterized and tested by different methods such as swelling analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM), pH response detection (PHRD), and so on. The results showed that a functional group of chemical bonds appeared between GPE and NC-CG. With the addition of GPE, the mechanical ability and thermal stability of this composite film has changed. With excellent antibacterial ability, mechanical properties and pH response capability, the materials prepared in this study can be used to evaluate the deterioration of food and to provide the broad application prospects in food packaging.
