摘要
This letter presents an ultra-wideband E-planar T-junction power divider with high isolation based on symmetric double ridge waveguides and microstrip probe. Compared with traditional waveguide power divider, it has a wider bandwidth from 6 to 18 GHZ. The input and output ports are the standard ridge waveguides WRD650D28, avoiding the quarter-wavelength matching process. A microstrip probe is used to increase the isolation and facilitate processing and assembly. Measured results show that the reflection is better than -15 dB within 6 to 18 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 0.4 dB, and the isolation between two output ports is better than -10 dB from 7.6 to 14.8 GHz.
