摘要：
Ergonomics is interdisciplinary and applied well in engineering. Scientific and reasonable teaching mode is helpful to the teaching of basic theory and cultivation of comprehensive abilities of students. On the bases of in-depth analysis of the content system of ergonomics and present situation of the course, an innovative teaching model for ergonomics is come up with. Practice indicates that the teaching model is highly practical.
