摘要
The material properties of concrete possess scatter, which influence also the crack development of reinforced concrete. The appropriate prognosis of crack widths is a decisive aspect in the serviceability limit state for the design of reinforced concrete structures. The scatter of the concrete tensile strength, which is modelled in the current work with random fields, has a particular influence in this context. Based on a finite element model, parametric studies by means of Monte-Carlo simulations on a reinforced concrete tension bar are performed to determine the stochastic properties of the crack widths.
