摘要
This paper presents the techniques about micro-hole abrasive flow machining techniques of the abrasive flow machining crafts through controlling the relative motion between the workpiece and the abrasive flow by controlling motion speed of the abrasive cylinder piston, and improving machining accuracy and efficiency. Abrasive flow maching through motor-driven the abrasive cylinder piston is achieved through using computer's information processing ability, changing the pulse frequency by the programm based on the Delphi language, controlling the speed and direction of the stepping motor.
