Northeast Asian regional development and economic cooperation and strategies

Promoted by market power and governments, northeast Asian regional development and economic cooperation are growing vigorously and meanwhile a tendency towards trans-regional economic integration appears. Globalization and integration of the world economy tends to be mature and then follows the regional economic cooperation with time features. Moreover it will have a strong impact on the world economy and international trade. Compared with other regions of the world, the regional economic cooperation and development of northeast Asia start relatively late and develop comparatively slowly. This article analyzes the contents and forms of northeast Asian regional economic cooperation from the angles of both the world economic development and the regional economic development. It shows that resource development and cooperation, industry and processing trade cooperation, funds, labor services and cooperation of service and technology will be the core of the regional economic development.
