摘要
To provide a stable support for flywheel battery, the structure stability of the radial magnetic bearing was studied in this paper. The static analysis and modal analysis of the radial magnetic bearing was carried on in this paper mainly use ANSYS software. Static analysis determined the variation of bearing capacity and stiffness of radial permanent magnet bearings follow the change of bearing inner race migration. The results show that the radial permanent magnet bearing structure, can provide stable support for flywheel battery. Modal analysis determined the natural frequencies of radial permanent magnet bearings. And the result provide the basis to choose the working environment for radial permanent magnet bearings. Finally, considering that the radial permanent magnet bearings generally work under a special environment of high speed and ultra-high speed, gyroscopic effect was introduced into the modal analysis. The simulation results show that, gyroscopic effect have an significant influence on the natural frequency of the radial magnetic bearing at a high speed.
