摘要
Marketing environment in public administration reflects all subjects, internal and external forces and conditions within and under the action of public authorities which establish and maintain relations with citizens. This is a premise which ensure the development and the most appropriate marketing strategy taking into account both the strength and the weaknesses of the organization.
