摘要
This study investigated a non-enzymatic urea sensor using NiO having different alignment as a catalyst for urea oxidation. Alternating current (AC) electrophoretic deposition (EPD) was explored to obtain vertically aligned morphology, which increased the surface area of deposited NiO. The performance of urea detection showed higher current density in NiO catalysts deposited by AC EPD compared to those by conventional DC EPD.
