Supersymmetry of time-dependent Schrodinger equations with effective mass

摘要：
We establish the supersymmetry formalism for time-dependent Schrodinger equations with effective mass and show that the corresponding supersymmetric transformations are equivalent to effective mass Darboux transformations.
