摘要
The airborne microbes of two groups of hospital wards (one equipped a central air condition, ACW; the other were non-air conditioned, NVW) we measured simultaneously for two months, the results indicated that during air-conditioning the airborne microbial contamination in ACW was more serious the that in NYW: the average bacterial concentration of ACW (535 CFU/m(3)) was about 1.2-fold greater than that of NVW(438CFU/m(3)), and the average fung concentration in ACW (174 CFU/m3) was about 1.5-fold grater than one of NCW (113 CFU/m3). Of the sampled bacteria 80% were founded to be gra positive, and the dominating genera of fungi was found to be Cladosporium and Penicillium. Cladosporium was the highest percentage of the to concentrations, but in the ACW the percentage of Cladosporium (58.2%) was higher than one in NCW (48.6%), which were similar to the dust of air condition filters. In ACW, the airborne microbial concentration was highest after air conditioning started about 30 minutes, the maximal concentration measured was 33. CFU/m(3) which was about 4-fould greater than that of average concentration (709 CFU/m(3)). The reasons about these were analyzed and some advices were all given.
