摘要：

It is a well-known fact that we are living in an increasingly aging society. Also, that information and communication technologies have become essential tools, including in the health sector, and especially after pandemic COVID-19. Crossing both facts, we thought maybe useful to provide a complete guide about assistive technologies available to elders. We present a proposal of categories of assistive technologies that aggregates the information summarizing the evidence found in the different categories.
