摘要
Fourteen bis (substituted silylmethylene)tin arylearboxylates have been synthesized by the reaction of bis(substituted silylmethylene)tin dichloride with arylcarboxylic acids, and characterized by IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay tests showed that (RMe2SiCH2)(2)Sn(OOCAr)(2) and (RMe2SiCH2)(2) SnCl2 had a good antitumour activity in vitro.
