摘要
A method of robust scheduling is proposed to solve the problem of steelmaking-continuous casting production dynamic scheduling. Firstly, different robust model and schedule rules are proposed according to the different types of production disturbances; Secondly, the initial scheduling plan is adjusted by scheduling rules, linear programming, heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm(GA); Finally, the optimal dynastic scheduling plan is chosen by the robust model. By improving the selection operator the initial scheduling plan directed the searching, which increased the searching efficiency of GA. The case based reasoning is utilized to improve the efficiency of the adjustment of scheduling planning. The simulation with production data of one steel plant shows that the method can draw quickly a high-quality and performable robust scheduling plan according to random production disturbance. The average utilization rate of converter can reach 90% and the max dynamic scheduling adjustment period does not exceed 2 minute.
