In the present paper we estimate the rate of convergence on functions of bounded variation for the Bezier variant of the Baskakov operators B-n,B-alpha (f, x). Here we have studied the rate of convergence of B-n,B-alpha (f, x) for the case 0 < alpha < 1. (c) 2005 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
