摘要
Actinidia arguta (Sieb. & Zucc.) Planch. ex Miq. is native to northern China. A collection of 32 accessions of A. arguta from nine regions was used to evaluate genetic diversity with random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. Of the 120 RAPD primers, the 18 that proved to generate clear and highly informative profiles were used to genotype the full panel of accessions. Among the 126 clear and reproducible fragments, 114 (6.3 per primer) were polymorphic. Dendrograms based on unweighted pair group method with arithmetic average analysis were constructed from the RAPD data. Difference coefficients based on RAPD markers ranged from 0.15 to 0.58. The range in difference coefficients indicated that A. arguta has a high level of genetic diversity. The total number of fragments across nine accessions that were collected from Linjiang region in Jilin province was 123, and the difference coefficients between the nine accessions ranged from 0.15 to 0.56. It indicates that the A. arguta germplasm in Linjiang region contains rich genetic diversity.
