摘要：

Based on the investigation of almost periodic solutions to difference equations, the existence of almost periodic solution for a nonautonomous, singularly perturbed differential equation with piecewise constant argument is considered. In addition. the stability properties of these solutions are characterized by the construction of manifolds of initial data.
