摘要
A low-energy and area-efficient capacitor switching scheme for a successive approximation register analog-to-digital converters is proposed. The switching scheme employs the reference voltage V-aq for the least significant bit conversion. Compared with conventional architecture, the average switching and the total capacitance can be reduced by 99.42% and 87.5%, respectively.
