摘要
The sintering behavior, microwave dielectric properties as well as microstructural characteristics of Zr-substituted solid solutions with the general formula PCFNZ were studied. Microstructure was determined by a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Microwave dielectric properties were observed by the open cavity method.
