摘要
In order to realize the real-time measurement of the servo mechanism friction torque at assembly time and adjust the factors online that have an influence on friction torque, the author designed an on-line measurement system of friction torque which is focused on the assembly. The writer designed the system by the principle of vertical structure in line, basing on the fundamental of electrical method. The system can be applied to measure the friction torque of servo mechanism which is gear-driven. The function test of the device indicates that the system is able to measure friction torque and its inhomogeneity of servo mechanism at assembly time. Owe to the system, workers can effectively solve the problem of the measurement about servo mechanism's friction torque and its inhomogeneity. So the system can provides reliable criterions for servo mechanism's precision assembly.
