摘要
In this paper, the concept of eigen crack opening displacement (COD) is introduced to investigate the problem of periodic crack arrays in infinite plates. With the proposed approach, the SIF of crack arrays can be solved accurately with the conventional displacement discontinuity boundary integral equations (BIE) with a small size of system matrix. Some numerical examples are presented and compared with those in literature to show the accuracy of the proposed approach.
