摘要
The method was proposed for the synthesis of new substituted 5-(het)aryl-3-(4-methylbenzoyl)hydrazono-3H-furan-2-ones by intramolecular cyclization of 2-[2-(4-methylbenzoyl)hydrazono]-4-oxobut-2-enoic acids in the presence of propionic anhydride. The antinociceptive activity of the obtained compounds was studied.
