摘要
A simple, efficient, and general method has been developed for the one-pot, three-component synthesis of -aminophosphonates from a condensation reaction of trimethyl phosphite, aldehydes, and amines in the presence of sodium dihydrogen phosphate under solvent-free conditions. Thus, -aminophosphonates were synthesized relatively quickly in good yields at room temperature.
