摘要
As an efficient computational model in the computer field, context-aware technology has been concerned in the past 20 years, which has derived a lot of academic and industry achievements, and has been applied in WoT (Web of Things) and many other fields. This paper firstly presents the context-aware definition and the system frameworks, including context access, processing, translation, fusion, reasoning and decision-making. Then, based on the introduction of ontology and ontology Web language, the limitations of the traditional context-aware technology are illustrated in WoT business environment. In order to meet the requirements of WoT, the ROCM (Resource-Oriented Context Model) is proposed. It adds five abstract classes, namely user, device, service, entity and resource on the basis of OWL-S. The ROCM model can describe the resources, entities and open Web services, and provide basis for context reasoning in WoT business environment.
