摘要:
This paper presents an efficient algorithm for noise analysis of multiphase periodically switched linear (PSL) circuits in frequency domain. The algorithm utilizes the transfer function theorem and frequency reversal theorem [1] to compute the output noise power of PSL circuits with multiple uncorrelated broadband noise sources in an efficient manner. The developed algorithm is exact and is applicable to general PSL circuits, including ideal switched-capacitor (SC) circuits. Numerical results obtained using the developed algorithm are compared with published measurement data. Computational efficiency of the algorithm is also demonstrated using numerical examples.
