摘要
Transparent and conductive double-walled carbon nanotube (DWCNT) films with optical homogeneousness were prepared by spray/spin coating. DWCNT solution was found to redisperse in ethanol homogenously, and the solvent was easily removed. In addition, surface structure and crystallinity of the DWCNTs underwent little change. Therefore, the obtained film showed high transmittance over 80%, which was sufficiently high to reach optical transparency. The redispersed DWCNT showed high graphitic degree. Therefore, a low sheet electrical resistance of the film (850 Omega square(-1)) was obtained. The highly conducting and transparent films could be extensively used in photoelectric devices, such as touch screens and displays.
