Fourth Industrial Revolution from The Perspective of Generation Z Representatives - Evaluation of Selected Aspects

The paper comprises a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part includes an attempt at analysing the main premises of the fourth industrial revolution based on studies of Polish and foreign literature. Next, characteristics of Generation Z are presented. Generation Z has already marked its presence on the labour market and will become its driving force in the years to come. The primary goal of the empirical part is to identify the remarks, forecasts and expectations guiding the employees that belong to Generation Z with respect to certain aspects of professional work in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.
