Innovation Design of Agricultural Supply Chain's Organization Structure in China: On the Basis of Network Embeddedness

In China, farmers are usually in a subordinate position in agricultural supply chain and then lead to a low profit distribution. Because of a lack of new theory or method to design a new organization structure of agricultural supply chain, it is difficult to solve the problem fundamentally. First, we sum up three structural defects of traditional agricultural supply chain. And then we analyze the agricultural supply chain with network embeddedness theory and get the following conclusion: along with the deepening of farmers' network embeddedness, profit distribution pattern will be changed in favor of farmers and ultimately enhance the poverty alleviation effect. In view of this, we make an innovation design of agricultural supply chain's organization structure, and it can effectively solve problems existing in traditional structure.
