摘要
The components of combustible solid waste did not act independently during co-combustion. The characteristics of NOx emission during the combustion of individual and dual components at different temperatures were studied by using the pipe furnace and flue gas analyzer. The result's showed that the influence of dual component's interaction on NOx emission was primarily due to the interaction of intermediate products from different components. Temperature affected the interaction of different components mainly by the influence on the variety of gas-phase products and the time of their forming and staying in the furnace. Once the difference of combustion characteristics between two components was large enough, the NOx emission from the co-combustion of them might increase. In most cases, the NOx emission from dual components increased due to interaction of two components during the co-combustion process. (C) 2015 Energy Institute. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
